Here is a plant that was brought to this country from Austria in the Sixties and has remained popular ever since. It is a cross between an ivy leaf and a zonal pelargonium and is called a 'hybrid ivy'. Great in tubs on the patio.

Hybrid Ivy's are a cross between a zonal and a trailing pelargonium, they grow as an upright but have the ivy leaf foliage of a trailing variety. They make fabulous wall planters, tubs or low growing bedding plants and flower profusely all summer long.

Will require over wintering in a frost free greenhouse.
